The Hogfish bite has been incredible unfortunately with a front coming on Tuesday will probably shut down the shallow water bite in the 38 230 ft of water. Medium shrimp and blanched sand fleas have been the ticket 20 lb fluorocarbon leader with a 2/0 ot circle hook with a 1 oz sinker done as a knocker rig has been producing lots of numbers and good quality fish. Mangrove snapper have been on the bike in the same areas as well as the gray snapper triggerfish and porgies. As this front comes through which is going to be a good one will probably push the fish deeper but if we get a week or two of warmer weather fish could be back in that 7 to 9 Mi range. Tight lines
