Through early February, we experienced some of the coldest temperatures in nearly 20 years. We lost a few snook along with some trout, tarpon, and baitfish, but most of the fish held on in the southern part of the county

Chilly start to the month, but have been finding great action on redfish, sheepshead and trout in the deeper sloughs and holes. My trip yesterday had over a dozen sheepshead to bring home for dinner. February is the best month
