"Our second time out with Scotty J’s and love coming back! Our youngest reeled in a Goliath Grouper and our other two kids got to battle some sharks! Lots of yummy in season fish to bring home to eat too! Highly recommend and can’t wait to do it again next year!"

"What an incredible experience! Capt Rich made the entire process leading up to our trip completely painless, and communicated what we could expect. He engaged with all members of the trip young and old, and catered to each indivduals specific needs.
Rich put us on top of fish at every spot and his attitude kept every one happy the entire trip. Will definitely be booking again!"

"Had an absolutely spectacular time with Captain Rich on Scotty J’s Charters. From start to finish, we had a really great experience. Due to weather, we had to reschedule a few times (we are local so it wasn’t a huge deal) and Capt Rich was very transparent and made sure we got a day with great and comfortable conditions. When we got on the water, he was extremely friendly and made sure we were having fun. He is also very knowledgeable when it comes to the locations we choose and the fish we caught. He was a huge help pulling in some big ones that we enjoyed for dinner the nights following! If you’re looking for a spectacular charter company, this is the one (and HUGE bonus for the on-board flushing bathroom, took out the anxiety of fishing for 6 hours and having to “hold it” 😂) And even the little unexpected things— we lost 2 hats overboard while we were in the commute and he had no issue with circling around and helping us grab them. He wasn’t annoyed and kept us laughing. Overall, you can’t go wrong with Scotty J’s and Captain Rich. Thank you for the awesome day!"

"Wow what an awesome experience! I had family from IL visiting and my nephews are obsessed with fishing. I decided to book a fishing charter with Capt Rich, and he did not disappoint! Both Rich and his son Scott were incredibly knowledgeable and really showed us a great time. My nephews said the fishing charter was the highlight of their FL vacation!"

He offered to reschedule us four times (if we chose to do so) due to less than ideal weather...he was SO transparent and upfront so that we could have the best trip out possible!!! During the excursion today, he did everything in his power to help us catch some amazing fish! Super friendly, knowledgeable and fun!! And the bathroom on board is a plus! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
