Captain Jamie Hough is a professional angler, chef, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience on the water and in the kitchen. As the owner of Redfish Mafia Charters and founder of The Redfish Mafia apparel brand, Jamie has guided thousands of trips and competed in tournaments across more than 20 countries. His competitive accomplishments include a Championship win on the Elite Redfish Series in Gulfport, Mississippi, an IFA Championship win in Hopedale, Louisiana, and multiple top finishes such as 3rd Place at the Elite Redfish Series in Galveston and Port Arthur, Texas.
A Top 9 Finalist on FOX’s MasterChef Season 10, Jamie has cooked for world-renowned artists including Darius Rucker, Lee Brice, Lainey Wilson, Cee Lo Green, Big & Rich, Barenaked Ladies, and Hootie & the Blowfish. He is also a celebrated pitmaster and celebrity chef at major culinary festivals such as Charleston Wine & Food, Holy Smokes, and Southern Roots BBQ Reunion.
Beyond fishing and food, Jamie is the founder and CEO of Southeast Rescue and Relief (SERelief.org), a nonprofit that has provided over 200,000 free meals to communities impacted by natural disasters. He brings energy, expertise, and authenticity to every endeavor, blending his passions for the outdoors, culinary arts, and giving back.
