I’m Captain Doug Ricciardi, a lifelong fisherman and the captain behind Tearin’ Em Up! Fishing Charters in Sarasota, Florida. For more than 20 years, Sarasota Bay, Big Pass, New Pass, and the Gulf waters off Siesta Key have been my office, my playground, and my passion. From stalking Redfish, Snook, and Black Drum along the mangrove shorelines to chasing Cobia and Triple Tail in the open Gulf, I fish these waters year-round and know them intimately.
I’ve built my life and business around helping people experience the very best fishing Sarasota has to offer. Every trip is more than just a boat ride—it’s about learning the water, feeling the strike, and creating memories that last long after the lines are reeled in.
