Another windy week on the water with another cold front moving through early in the week. Fishing was a bit slower than usual, mostly because of the front and the strong north winds, but we still managed to put some quality fish in the boat. The snook and trout bite was fair, and there were plenty of jacks around as well. Beach fishing was pretty much nonexistent due to the rough surf. It looks like we’re in for another windy week, but with the wind shifting out of the southeast, conditions should improve and the fishing ought to be better.
